Williams London is an online fashion store for men and women who want clothing that stays wearable long after the season ends. We select pieces with clean lines, comfortable fits and details that hold up in everyday use, rather than chasing whatever is trending that month.

Our range covers shirts, knitwear, outerwear, dresses, footwear and accessories. Every item is chosen for fit, fabric and versatility, so that what you order works as easily on a weekday as it does on a weekend.

Our mission

Our mission is to make well made everyday fashion affordable and easy to buy. We do that in three ways: we keep our range focused instead of endless, so every piece earns its place. We work directly with our suppliers and sell online only, so we can pass the saving on to you instead of spending it on stores and middlemen. And we are upfront about where our products come from, what they cost and when they arrive, because we would rather set the right expectation than make a promise we cannot keep.

We want Williams London to be the store people come back to when they need something that simply works. Not a place for one off impulse buys, but a wardrobe they build over time. In the years ahead we want to grow our range thoughtfully, improve delivery times as our fulfilment network expands, and earn a reputation that rests on what our customers say about us rather than on what we say about ourselves.

How we work

Williams London is a trading name of Greatgoodie LLC, a company registered in the United States at 15442 Ventura Blvd, Ste 201-1823, Sherman Oaks, California 91403, USA. We are an online only retailer and do not operate physical stores.

We do not manufacture our own clothing. We work with a fulfilment partner in China who ships orders directly to our customers, which is how we keep our prices where they are. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and typically arrive within 5 to 9 business days. All import duties and taxes are covered by us, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Return instructions and the return address are sent to you once your request is approved, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
